1. Provider and scope
Calonomy is provided by Soner Bora, Urnenstr. 14, 59192 Bergkamen, Germany, support@calonomy.com. These terms apply to the app and its free and paid features. Mandatory Apple App Store or Google Play terms also apply where you download the app or purchase a subscription.
2. Service and licence
Calonomy is for personal tracking and review of nutrition, activity, goals and food prices. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the app as intended. Misuse, circumvention of safeguards, automated overload and unlawful content are prohibited.
3. Account and age
Some features require an account. Keep credentials confidential and provide accurate information. Calonomy is intended for users aged 16 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We may suspend an account for material or repeated violations, subject to applicable law and the user’s legitimate interests.
4. Health disclaimer
Calonomy is a fitness and nutrition journal, not a medical device and not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Calculations and product data are estimates. Seek qualified advice for illness, allergies, eating disorders, pregnancy or special needs.
5. AI and external data
AI photo analysis is labelled as an AI feature. AI output, barcode data, nutrients, exchange rates and prices may be inaccurate, outdated or incomplete. Verify important information, especially allergens and health-related details. AI output has no legal effect and is not medical or financial advice.
6. Calonomy Pro subscriptions
Price, duration, trials and included features are shown by the store before purchase. Subscriptions renew as displayed unless cancelled in your Apple or Google account settings within the store’s deadline. The store handles payment, restoration, cancellation and refunds. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change for security, legal or technical reasons. Paid core functionality will not be materially reduced during a current paid period without a valid reason.
8. Termination and deletion
You can delete your account in the app or through our web deletion page. A store subscription must be cancelled separately; deleting the app or account does not automatically cancel it. Data deletion is governed by the Privacy Policy.
9. Warranty and liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. We do not limit liability for intent, gross negligence, death, personal injury, health damage or liability that cannot legally be limited. For ordinary negligence involving an essential obligation, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical loss. Liability for other ordinary negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
10. Law, disputes and changes
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected. We do not participate in consumer arbitration proceedings. We will give appropriate advance notice of material changes and will not make retroactive adverse changes without a legal basis.
